Our NHS Treatment Fees

The charge you pay depends on the treatment you need to keep your mouth, gums and teeth healthy.  You will only be asked to pay one charge for each complete course of treatment, even if you need to visit your dentist more than once to finish it – either Band 1, Band 2 or Band 3.

Please note that the due to Covid 19 and to support our patients the NHS has frozen the 2019/2020 dental charges until 30th September 2020.

Band 1: £22.70

This covers emergency dental treatment, examinations, diagnosis (including X-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, a scale and polish if clinically needed, preventative care such as the application of fuoride varnish or fissure sealant if appropriate.

Band 2: £62.10

This covers everything listed in band 1 above plus further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or removal of teeth.

Band 3: £269.30
