Walberton Dental Surgery Complaints POlicy
If you feel dissatisfied with the service that has been provided at Walberton Dental Surgery, please contact the practice complaint manager, De-Anna Reynolds. This can be done in person, telephone or email. We will endeavour to resolve the complaint in accordance to the practice complaint policy.
We take complaints very seriously and have an effective procedure to resolve any problems in the shortest possible time, we always want to have satisfied patients. If you feel the complaint hasn't been resolved you may contact NHS England on 0300 311 22 33 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you're not happy with the way your complaint was handled, either by the dental practice or NHS England you may wish to contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).
